3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Ensuring their business operations comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Timely payment for services rendered
• Reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timeframes

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 14 days of receipt. Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of deliverables created specifically for them. SEO Casino Pro retains ownership of proprietary methods, tools, and pre-existing materials.

6. Limitation of Liability

SEO Casino Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Client remains responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.
